Our services

Faster Processing. Accurate Documentation. Hassle-Free Service.

From filing the Notice of Intimation for equitable mortgages and registering mortgage deeds at the Sub-Registrar office, to collecting PDD and other pending documents, we handle the paperwork that keeps every file moving without delay.

What we do

Reduce follow-ups, save valuable time, and keep every file moving smoothly.

01

Equitable Mortgage (Notice of Intimation)

When a home loan or loan against property is secured by deposit of title deeds (an equitable mortgage), a Notice of Intimation has to be filed with the Sub-Registrar. We prepare and e-file the notice online and hand over the filed copy for the bank’s and the borrower’s records.

  • Preparation of the notice from loan and property details
  • Stamp duty and filing fee payment
  • Online filing and filed copy
02

Registered Mortgage

For mortgages that are created by a registered mortgage deed, we assist through the whole registration - from the stamp duty and registration fee challan to the appointment at the Sub-Registrar office and collection of the registered document.

  • Challan for stamp duty and registration fees
  • Coordination for registration at the Sub-Registrar office
  • Collection and handover of the registered deed
03

Documents Collection - PDD & other

We bridge the gap between banks and customers by managing PDD and pending document collection. This reduces follow-up time for bankers, speeds up documentation, and ensures a smoother, faster process for everyone.

  • Post-disbursement document (PDD) collection
  • Other loan-related document pick-up
  • Handover to the bank
